Renton is a 14-year-old kid who dreams of traveling around the world surfing the skies on his ref-board. Just as he's beginning to think he'll never get a chance to pursue his dream, a giant robat crash-lands on his house, and out pops Eureka, a member of the rebel organization Gekkostate. She's being chased by the military, and renton somehow winds up caught in the middle of the chaos. Eureka eventually manages to shake off her pursuers and invites Renton to join Gekkostate. Having fallen head over heels for the beautiful Eureka, Renton doesn't hesitate...
