Below are the main Dossiers and their handelers. other characters will be coming soon.

Angelica: Angelica was the first girl to arrive at the Agency which made her the first girl to undergo the conditioning process but because of course there is always problem that occurred. She is not seen much in the early episodes except for being in a wheal chair here and their. She gets introduce in the middle of the series and you start to learn about her past, how she game to the Agency, and the problems that she has had with the conditioning process. You find that she's having memory problems and the memory of her past and present start to get mixed up. Because of this its hard to train her and she is hardly used which i find to be sad.

Angelica's Past: Angelica was the victim of a tragic accident or was it. She was out on an errand with her dog Pero when a car followed her and struck her down leaving her for dead. What we find out by watching is that her own father was the driver of the car that hit her.

Handler: Marco is Angelica's handler. At the beginning he was very energetic with training her and being her friend. Since she was the first they had a lot of free time and Angelica spent a lot of time in bead recovering so Marco started to tell her a story one that he made up. After a while he got the help of the other people in section 2 to help with the story. Soon after that Marco's girl friend is a writer and at the time was very interested in this story and made it into a book. That story is called The Prince of the Pasta kingdom. Once the problems started Marco lost hope because she was losing her memory and he thought it was useless to train her. But that all changed during the last episode when Henrietta talked to Marco about Angelica and how he just needs to spend some time with her that’s all.

Claes: Claes is one of the older girls at the Agency or so it seems like it at the beginning of the series. Not much is known or shown about her until the end of the first DVD. She's smart and like a book warm always reading what ever she can get her hands on. She’s a hard one to talk about because she is shown a lot in the episodes but she’s just there helping the other girls and giving them advice. She is finally used at the end of the series in a mission. But before that she was not used in missions because of her handler leaving.

Claes's Past: Not much is known about her past before she got to the Agency, just that the glasses were part of it and now she wares them as a reminder of a promise.

Handler: Raballo was Claes's handler. He is an interesting person because he came to the Agency as a former MP having to leave after a injury and no really wanting to get back into the MP's. He had a deal that after three years with the Agency he would be able to get back with the MP's. But what he didn't know was that Claes would impact him a lot. As he trained her he started to spend time with her outside of the Agency like fishing and tried to show her a normal life outside of the Agency. He realized what was going on and that he could not be part of the Agency so he had decided to leave. Before he left he gave Claes her glasses and a key to his room which had his whole library. He also told her that she needs to be innocent when she has her glasses on which you see at the end of the series.

Henrietta: Henrietta is the newest girl in the agency or so that’s what they show at the beginning of the series. Her character is the most developed in the series with her adjusting to the Agency and her relationship with her handler Jose. She really likes Jose and likes his company. How ever she does loss control at some times but not much. She is a good assassin and a good girl at the Agency because she does try to be friends with all that she meats even Elsa.

Henrietta's Past: Henrietta came to the Agency after witnessing the bridle murder of her parent’s assaulted and then left for dead.

Handler: Jose, Henrietta's handler is very different from most of the other handler at the Agency. Not only does he train Henrietta he tries to show her a normal life and teaches her about the outside would and what normal girls would be doing. He doesn’t believe in the actual conditioning of Henrietta or of any of the girls. Jose believes that the program should not exist and that the girls should be able to live normal life’s. However that is not the case.

Rico: Rico is more interesting out of all the girls. Since coming to the Agency and getting a new body which she loves she enjoys every day and waits to see what every new day brings. She is a lot quieter then the other girls she seams to listen more then talking. She also seams the most brain washed out of all the girls.

Rico's Past: Rico was born with a severe birth defect that confined her to a hospital bed not being able to move just listening to her parents fight about the expenses.

Handler: Jean is Rico’s handler and is Jose's brother; the two could not be more dissimilar. Jose wants the girls to live as normal of a life as possible, where Jean uses Rico as a tool and keeps her on a heavy dosage of conditioning. Jean is the colder of the two brothers and shows very little emotion to the well being of Rico, which really shows the difference of the brothers.

Triela: Triela seems to be one of the older girls and still has signs that she is more human then "robot." She also seems to be more responsible then the other girls. She is a mentor to the other girls giving advice and helping with problems. She says it herself how she has to always bail Henrietta. Triela can be seen somewhat as a rebel, and doesn’t need a lot of guidance in her training and everyone knows that.

Triela's Past: Triela's origins and past are a mystery at this time.

Handler: Hilshire is Triela’s handler. Hilshire prefers hands off approach and like Jose he dislikes the heavy dosage of conditioning. Triela and Hilshire don’t seem to get along they seem to fight more like siblings that they are named for. Working for one conmen goal but having trouble relating to each other. Even through all this they do work good together and get there job done.
